My name is Devon Elise Frazer. I am a Division I benchwarmer; I am a Duck. I love the visually obscure and I adore words as long as someone puts them together nicely.
I am a walking contradiction–a running one, actually. I am a Chinese-Hawaiian Scotswoman. I consider myself extremely cultured for growing up in one of the most sheltered suburban bubbles in America.
I was held back in kindergarden for crying too much.
I see the world differently at different speeds. At full sprint the world is a blur, with quick bursts of focus. When I’m walking, I examine things with a wide lens as they pass by me. When I’m sitting down my eyes become macro lenses, and no detail escapes me.
These details inspire my work.
